Ordering easycompliance after the trial period

If you have tried easycompliance with a test account, you can place a binding order directly from the customer portal. You select a plan, check your master data and submit the order – a member of our customer service team then gets in touch with you. This page is only visible to test customers.

Requirements

  • A test account (customer number with the prefix TEST). Regular customers do not see the order page and are redirected to the start page.
  • You are signed in to the customer portal (see Signing in to the customer portal).

Step by step

  1. Open the order page. Open the “Order easycompliance” page in the customer portal. If your trial period has already expired, you also reach the page automatically via the expiry notice “Trial period expired” with the text “Your trial period has expired. You can now order easycompliance below. After your order, one of our team members will get in touch with you.”
  2. Select a plan. In the mandatory “Plan” field, select the plan you want. The available plan families are easy plus, easy basic and easy EU in various tiers.
  3. Check and complete your master data. The fields “Company”, “Street”, “Postcode and City”, “Your Name”, “Email” and “Phone” are pre-filled from your test account. Review the details and add or correct them as needed. All of these fields are mandatory (marked with *).
  4. Optionally add a message. In the “Your Message” field you can leave us a note – for example “Do you have any questions or special requirements?” This field is optional.
  5. Submit the order. Click “Submit Binding Order”. The “Clear” button resets the form.
  6. Wait for confirmation. On success, the message “Your order has been submitted successfully. A team member will contact you shortly.” appears. Our customer service then contacts you to discuss the further details.

Good to know

  • Test customers only. The order page only appears for test accounts. Existing customers order add-ons or plan changes through customer service.
  • Pre-filled master data. Company, address, contact person, email and phone are taken from your test data. Correct any outdated details directly in the form before you submit.
  • Binding order. The button is deliberately named “Submit Binding Order” – you are placing a binding order with it. Customer service then clarifies the final details with you.
  • Current conditions. Please refer to our website or ask customer service for the prices and services that currently apply. Inside the customer portal, the plans are explained in the “Your Path to Ordering” section.
  • Already ordered. If you have already ordered, the page shows the “Notice” message instead of the form, with the text “You have already placed an order. A team member will contact you shortly. If you have not heard from us after a few days, please contact our customer service.”
